All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement presented at the time of booking confirmation or when you collect your vehicle. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations related to the rental. Should there be any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Renting a Vehicle: Requirements

A valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle category is required, held for the duration specified in the Rental Agreement. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky behaviors is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to others is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding passenger and weight limits, is also prohibited. Operating the vehicle beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without authorization is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Market Harborough will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the rental over the previous 12 months.
